2. Services

Landsiedel NLP Training Switzerland GmbH conducts seminars and online offerings with commissioned trainers. Content may be partially provided by external authors.

3. Online Magazine and Member Area

3.1 Online Magazine

The current issue of the online magazine can be obtained free of charge via the newsletter registration.

3.2 Member Area

The member area contains exclusive content for an annual fee. The duration is one year and automatically extends unless canceled at least 14 days before expiration.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire upon commencement of use, provided explicit consent has been given.

5. Registration / Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded by registration and confirmation by Landsiedel NLP Training Switzerland GmbH.

6. Participation Requirements

Participants should be in a stable mental and physical condition. In case of uncertainties, medical advice should be sought in advance.

7. Withdrawal

The communicated cancellation deadlines and fees apply for each offer format.

8. Cancellation by the Organizer

In case of cancellation for an important reason, already paid fees will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.

9. Documents and Copyright

Documents and content are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

10. Access Data

Access data for online offerings must be treated confidentially and may not be shared with third parties.

11. Payment

Payments are due according to the invoice terms and must be paid in full before the start of the service.

12. Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, as far as legally permissible.

13. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You can find details in the privacy policy.

14. Final Provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Baar, Switzerland. Should individual clauses be ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
