Jean-Claude Eichenseher has been working for almost 20 years as a German teacher and career counselor for students in Luxembourg. His goal is not only to support students academically, but also to strengthen their self-confidence and promote their sense of self-efficacy. Using techniques and strategies from his NLP training, he helps them overcome limiting beliefs, discover their strengths, and develop meaningful goals. Whether in the classroom, during tutorial sessions, or as part of career guidance – for him, learning means preparing young people for a self-determined and fulfilling life.
