Dynamic Spin Release

Dynamic Spin Release

Goal of the Technique:

Dynamic Spin Release is a format designed to transform a problem into a gift. Negative beliefs and emotions (e.g., fear), or even physical symptoms (like pain), can be transformed into a positive state.

Standard Steps:

  1. Identify the problem feeling – clarify the topic
  2. Describe the problem
  3. Bring the problem in front of the body
  4. Reverse the spin direction and perceive the gift
  5. Integration
  6. Future Pace

Detailed Description:

1. Identify the Problem Feeling

Clarify the topic: What internal part is standing in your way? What is your problem?
Example: bad feeling at work

2. Describe the Problem

What exactly is the feeling? Example: A burden or pressure on the shoulders.
What does it look like?
Where do you perceive it?

3. Bring the Problem in Front of the Body

Mentally move the problem about 10 meters in front of your body (dissociated).
Notice color, shape, and direction of spin.
Is the feeling spinning?
If not, ask: “If it were spinning, which direction would it spin?”
Explain spin direction to the coachee and have them perceive it.

4. Reverse the Spin Direction and Perceive the Gift

“Now spin the feeling in the opposite direction—and faster and faster—until it disappears. Right now.”
With the coach’s next finger snap, a healing image or a gift from the universe appears before the coachee’s eyes.
Have them describe it and ask: “Do you want to open the gift? If yes, what exactly do you see, and what does the content mean to you? What is the message? Are there any additional things in the package?”
If the meaning is unclear, optionally send the gift back to the universe.
Ask the coachee if they’d like to do this. With another finger snap, the gift returns. Ask the coachee: What has changed or been added?

5. Integration

Have the coachee integrate the feeling into their body with a gesture of their choice.

6. Future Pace

“When you think about your work now, how do you feel about it?”
